We provide a platform for customers to create and manage their digital business cards. Our services include the ability to create and edit digital business cards, as well as share them with others. We may also provide additional features and services from time to time.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a package or product from us that is unopened and undamaged and you wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase. Please note that Smart Business Cards with custom names and/or designs are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@tappett.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on any opened or damaged products.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@tappett.com and our team will get back to you with instructions on how you can proceed.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Policy
At Tappett, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping to our customers. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Here are the estimated delivery times for our different shipping zones:
3-7 day delivery for orders in Canada
5-10 day delivery for orders to the USA
2-4 week delivery for orders outside of North America
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing times, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.
We will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email (and, in most cases, with your tracking information, so that you can track your order and estimate the delivery time). Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed on your order are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional charges that may be imposed by local customs authorities. Product Warranty and Guarantees
Warranty Coverage: Tappett products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at hello@tappett.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase. We will assess the claim and, if valid, provide a replacement or repair.
